Tons and countless....from South Jeddah to King Abdullah Road to Palestine St to Tahlia st to Obhur.

What exactly are you looking for, ambience, privacy to date with the girl? taste of flavor ?

My personal favorite is Belajio resort, it's around 90sr for sheesha and has indoor facility too, usually they don't allow single people on weekends but since business is down it's open for singles on weekend.

In Obhur you can try the Segala restaurant, singles not allowed on rooftop on the weekends

Rawdah St, Prince Sultan courtyard, Berts, and whole bunch of other surrounding it.

Kind Abdullah Road, Moroccan café

South Jeddah, let me know it's about 20 and 2 riyals for tea...I went once and never again.
