the reasons are 1 change in water , 2 stress and food you can prevent getting white hair prematurely by eating timely having good sleep and enjoying with friends dont dye them becuase nature brings the mother earth when you act naturally.... take things easy and relax never hurry up!!! and also never DELAY... just enjoy

lebanesepirate

i read carrot juice makes hair darker for longer time and prevents early grey hair

haggishunter

I started to go grey in my late 20's, early 30's......its in your genes when you go grey.

so many reasons why hair turned gray and white,
= getting old
= thinking too much, like stess
= while young and having white hair, it's in your genes
= lack of vitamins, food nutrients
well gray comes 1st before turning into white, kinda

Fred

I used to have black curly hair and bright white teeth.

Other way around now.

wildsail

I like my man's greys. So no need to dye them LOL Anyway, you get greys from stress and too much work!

Fred

Hang on - I started going grey just after I got married.

Perhaps I should divorce and start dating biker chicks again.

HaileyinHongKong

My hair grew longer when I moved to a different country.  The funny thing is, it does that at home, too.

haggishunter

haggishunter

well white hair is a prob hair because the water here and i have heard from some doctors that we are getting white hair through eating sum sort of food which cause white hairs but they didin't told what they are because we will stop eating them :P:P
no doubt stress also cause white hair in sum pplzz nt at all.
well nthing we can do in this except using dyes..

haggishunter

white hair has nothing to do with what you eat or drink water. it is doen to our gens, and family history.

To the guys: whats wrong with a few greys anyway? I have some, couldn't care less, probably get older faster trying to look younger.

HaileyinHongKong

The only way to stop getting older is to die.

..even then your hair will keep growing.

HaileyinHongKong

That's a myth.  It only seems like it keeps growing because the skin shrinks away.

Gary

Dang! - I thought there was hope. :D

HaileyinHongKong

If you're lucky, you'll be bald before you die, so it won't matter anyway.

Gary

Last time I saw myself in the mirror it looked like I was getting lucky..

HaileyinHongKong

Nothing is sexier than a bald man.

Other than a man with hair.
