Property prices in Alanya

I cannot answer all the questions in the topic, but generally:
Real estate properties prices in Alanya are relatively very low, and you can own an apartment with at little as 35,000 EUR, furnished !
Of course it all depends on the location and size of the apartment. For a 3 bedroom apartment you may need to consider paying 50-60K EUR and above. These prices are not exact of course, and one can find a lower cost place with a little more search.
Some agencies even offer the interested people a 7-10 day stay with accommodation FREE of charge until the buyer find their desired apartment, and even if they did not find what they like the agency charges them nothing.
It is a beautiful experience indeed...
Alanya in general is like a large compound where there are public parks, rivers, beaches, BBQ places by the river, children parks, public GYM machines... etc.
If you ever wished to live in a quiet, beautiful, yet low-cost place, then this is your city indeed.

About rent:
Rent are also cheap, relatively. For a furnished penthouse, for instance, you may pay 1500TL, which is about 400EUR, and this is considered a high price for rent!!
A furnished 2 bedroom apartment with nice view, always, is around 250EUR/month.
A 3 bedroom apartment is around 300-350EUR. All furnished.
Unfurnished apartments are way cheaper, for a rent from 150EUR-350EUR. You can even find prices less than this with little search.
