Property prices in Boston

Priscilla

Hello everyone,

Finding affordable housing in Boston is number one priority for newcomers. Tell us more about the estate market in your district/city/region.

What are the most desired places to live? What are the most affordable ones? What is the average cost of a rented flat? And what is the average sale price for an appartment or a house? Could you tell us more about local real estate policies/procedures? What about property tax or residency tax in Boston?

What about you? Where do you live now? Is it a place you would recommend?

Thank you in advance for your clarifications.

Hey Bhavna, I think prices will stay the same for a while. I would keep an eye on spareroom.com. That's where i found the first room I rented out in Boston before i found a longer stay apt. One of my friends recommended that site.

Thanks for the feedback, Jbsmiles !

It's important to note that Boston is a dynamic real estate market, and prices can change rapidly. Therefore, it's recommended to consult local real estate listings, speak with real estate agents, or browse real estate websites to get the most accurate
