Finding affordable housing in Reunion Island is number one priority for newcomers. Tell us more about the estate market in your district/city/region.

What are the most desired places to live? What are the most affordable ones? What is the average cost of a rented flat? And what is the average sale price for an appartment or a house? Could you tell us more about local real estate policies/procedures? What about property tax or residency tax in Reunion Island?

Hello, I'm eager to buy a relatively small apartment, that I can rent out. I'm ready to buy it but the brokers, agents don't seem to be interested in selling to me, I don't speak french or creole so maybe that is the problem, and advice on who I can contact to buy an apartment would be great.
