¿Who sings the English song "Under the boardwalk" in Vietnamese?

Hi
Back in 1996 I had a CD in Vietnamese
One song I remember was the Vietnamese version of "Under the boardwalk"
I would like to find that song again but lost the CD
¿Anybody knows who sings it?
I understand there may be more than one version of it, any help will be greatly appreciated

In English it is sung by Bette Middler...It comes from the soundtrack to the movie "Beaches".....no clue in Vietnamese
