I will be in KL for 2 weeks on a poor person budget using trains and buses quite often and would like to know the best value pass to purchase. Thank you.

For going around KL city centre and Klang Valley area, your best bet would be MyRapid Card (10 RM initial card purchase, top-up as much as you go) myrapid.com.my/tickets-fares/myrapid-card

For cheap interstate travelling, bus is the only choice. Tickets are easy to buy at the terminal/station.
