Hello mate - that really is unfortunate. My suggestion would be to get in touch with the government relations representative in your company. He'll be the best person to get insight into the matter and also advise on the next line of action.

You are in a rare but messy situation bro.
Please check the 'Labor importation' section in your Absher account. What do you see in there? Probably a visa is issued that needs to be cancelled first.

When I checked in the section "labour importation " non of my application and no visa appearing there. However one visa was issued and 4 application I submitted to mofa. Anyone can let me know why my wife's visa and application is not showing in my Absher account. Is it not linked with mofa or what to do?
Please advise.

the worst situation ever it seems that you didn't apply correctly  in some cases  you have to cancel the visa and issue a new one

Then, the problem must be on your wife's passport try to Chang it should be valid for more than 6 months

Her passport valid till 2026. In Mumbai, India the stamping agency saying that he is unable to do MOFA. Also I cannot see about issued visa in my Absher account...

1- When filling the application did you fill it according to your wife's passport
2-Your iqama must be valid for more than 3 months
3-You must be sure that you don't have any traffic violation

I applied for a family Visit Visa, when I received it I sent it to the stamping agency in Mumbai, india, during visa processing they are receiving mofa number but when they are going to pay fees ERROR comes. Can anyone help to resolve this issue.
