There are 3 good places i can recommend for xpats to live in Malawi.Nyambadwe,Namiwawa,and Mandala.rentals range frm $800 unfurnished and $1500 furnished.it's fairly easy to get houses there in Bt,when u get there just go to Knight Frank or any estate agent.there are honest people in Malawi.Good luck!
