Need information regarding upcoming dependents iqama fee

This question isn't simple to answer yet. Let me explain:

Your answer based on the initial announcement:
It will NOT be age-restricted. You'll pay for EACH of your dependents.

But, we have an audio released by a Jawazat official in Dammam.

He said that dependents are of two kinds:
Class 1- Immediate dependents: 1st wife, kids below the age of 18
Class 2- Accompanies: 2nd wife, kids above the age of 18, maids, drivers etc

100 SAR per dependent per month, according to him, is applicable to Class 2 only. I hope this is true.

its not an audio released by any jawazaat official.. its just an audio clip made by an ordinary person who says I personally asked from jawazat office in damam and they told him this info.. so the source is just an expat like us who went to jawazaat office and asked. thus in short its not an official statement even..
