Hi,
My partner (Mauritian citizen) and myself (Australian) live in Australia. We are getting married in Mauritius in April next year. We planned on having our ceremony in the little church at Mon Tresor Mon Desert S.E (where my partner grew up) and the reception at the clubhouse at the end of the street. A beautiful quiet place off the tourist track. We have since discovered that that area is soon not going to exist anymore and are now looking for places to have our wedding reception, which is not a resort or a restaurant. A beach shack or small building/shed/venue in a nice location that we could hire. It's proving really difficult to find somewhere while not being in the actual country! Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Many thanks,
Lucy.

Hi,

There is an estate in the South at St-Aubin called Andrea Lodges. There is no beach but the area is surrounded by beautiful cliff and the main lodge and dining area overlooks the ocean. Beautiful and peaceful location far from any madding crowd and one of the most untouched spot on the island.
Here it is:

There is a property in Roche Noire, where you can easily receive 300 to 400 guests. I have myself been there last year

Hello Tina,

Can you provide me with the details of the property? I am looking for a property in Poste Lafayette or surrounding to do a beach wedding next year.

Thanks
