Life Partner Permit

Hi, me and my partner have been together for just over 2 years now. He has moved back to South Africa to build his business whilst I stay in the U.K. to save up before moving over. What is the best route for me to take regarding a Visa? I don't have any critical skills and I am a store manager for quite a large company in the U.K. I look forward to hearing from you all.

You can try business permit trough your partner or a life partner permit.

What would the business permit involve and which one do you think has the highest acceptance chance?

Hi Sabrinahelheson,

The business permit has the highest acceptance chance than the life partner's one, your partner can either hired you to his company so you can get work permit or you can become a partner in the business .
