hi there anyone can help me if there anyway to receive a quickpay control number because the atm has not given a recipe and i dont know how my family get the money

You mean receipt?

Go to Al Ahli online banking website and sign up, from there you can check your transaction history. I

Did you choose delivery or pick-up? If delivery, your family should tell you if they receive it or not, if pick up, you will find the control number or pick up code at the right bottom part of your beneficiary.

If this is difficult, go to the nearest quickpay branch.
