We have been talking about loneliness when you are abroad, let's now talk about how to make friends (locals and other expats) when you're living in the Maldives

Which are your best tips to meet people and to make friends in the Maldives??

Because it is such a small community, everybody knows each other (almost). I think you will make friends without any effort.

Thats so true , I was there for few years , I met so many people in male and become friends easily. but resorts its bit lonely to live for long.

nope , back in sri lanka now, I was there working for IBM and after that for a hotel chain as IT manger travelling here and there it was so fun , I really miss maldives a lot:(
