1.BECAUSE I AM COMMUNICATING WITH AN ATTORNEY IN CHILE WHO SUGGEST ME TO APPLY FOR BUSINESS VISA FROM UAE (DUBAI) HE WILL PREPARE BUSINESS INVITATION LATER AND A BUSINESS PLAN FOR ME TO PRESENT THAT TO VISA OFFICER IN DUBAI AT TE TIME OF INTERVIEW.THE MAJOR CONFUSION BETWEEN ME AND HIM IS ABOUT CAPITAL TO SHOW FOR STARTING OF BUSINESS IN CHILE.HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL NOT CONCERNED ABOUT THE CAPITAL(MEANS HOW MUCH CAPITAL YOU ARE GOING TO INVEST IN CHILE) JUST THEY WILL SEE THE INVITATION LETTER AND BUSINESS PLAN AND WILL GRANT YOU 1 YEAR BUSINESS VISA.
2.IF I COME TO CHILE AS A TOURIST AND WANT TO START A BUSINESS(ANY KIND OF SMALL BUSINESS) COULD MY VISA BE CHANGE TO TEMPORARY RESIDENCE VISA?
