Child's dependent Visa still in progress

My wife's dependent visa got approved within 4 days however, for the past 15 days my child's dependent visa shows in progress. How can I find out exactly where it got stuck in the process without going to the agent who applied on behalf of my company, any advice please. Thanks in advance

Hi,

Unfortunately you cannot find out, only the agent has access to it at this stage, you need to wait. The time is not fixed sometimes it happens fast and sometimes it can take up-to a month as well.
