Duration of Exit visa validity in KSA

Hello sir,
Good wishes ,
Sir i just want to know about the exit visa duration in KSA,
My exit visa was issued on 19 Feb 2017, and my iqama is valid until 18 march 2017, the validity of my passport is also comes to end by 24 April 2017, so I just want to know the period of my exit visa validity, and what may be the safest date before which I must returned to home land from KSA.

Plz tell me if I have a car and i am not able to sell it then how can i remove it from my record to make my final exit.

You cannot, you need to transfer it out of your name to process exit.

If i go istimara (car registration) office and ask them I have to surrender the car ?

Won't work this way.
Sell (or gift) your car to someone and transfer the Istimarah to his name.
