Hi

New member to this site.

I am a quantity surveyor currently working in Scotland. I am currently doing my LLM in construction law. I will graduate from this soon.

One of classmates has told me the LLM is highly daughter after in Qatar and would have no problems in getting a pretty good position over.

Questions I have for expats in Qatar and hopefully people working in the construction industry over there?

- what is the demand like for claims consultants?
- what salary expectations is there?

Yes! Experienced claims consultant is highly required in Qatar. But employers would preferred who has GCC experience.

It means previous work experience in any Gulf Country such as UAE, Kwait, Qatar, KSA, Oman...
