Hi everyone.....

I hope everyone is doing well.

I am  new  travel agent and  I have  one question I appreciate anyone who can help me.....

My question is: Gulf air rules for the no-show says that ticket should reissue or  refund before 24 hours otherwise it will consider as  no-show....but if I cancel the booking before  24 hours  and  later  if I reissue or refund is it  considers as no-show?

Thank you in advance...
  Have a great day

Hi,
Your question is very confusing, if you cancel the ticket the cancellation policy should apply, how can you re-issue/refund the ticket after cancelling it? Not sure if travel agents have special privileges

To clarify, gulf air allows you to cancel booking by "opening" it ie ticket remains but booking cancelled. The ticket is valid for one year and you can rebook / reissue by paying a change fee. Usually 12 BD. It is not considered a no show if done within time.  Depends on whether it is a discounted or flex fare but I have done it 4 hours before a flight and got 95% of my money back.

Hope that helps.

And l'm sorry to say, obviously not a very competent one, if you have to ask questions such as this, on a non specialised forum like this one!!
