Hi Sebastian,

Please check out the University of Malta for the degrees that they offer . They are open to foreign students too.You can also check other colleges like MCAST.

During the first year of study you are not allowed to work to finance your studies so you will have to show that you have the financial resources to cover the first year in Malta.
