Hotel recommendation...

Greetings,

I will be in Addis Ababa for the first time in a couple of weeks for vacation and I would like to stay in a nice, reasonably priced hotel, in a central location (where I can walk around, visit shopping centers, have access to the nightlife, etc). I would like to be near the "action" in an area that is easy to navigate. Which would you reccommend, somewhere near the city center or a spot closer to Bole? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

although I never take a room there because I am resident, I would recommend the german beer garde inn hotel.
