Blacklisted?

Post new topic

beaole

hello. my friend has no visa for almost 7 months now. Is she gonna be blacklisted in Bahrain? Her visa was cancelled already. Please any idea. If she got blacklisted is there any way that it can be clear without leaving bahrain? She is trying to find a new employer as soon as possible.

Hello,

Better contact your respective embassy and seek assistance, I doubt any employer will entertain someone with an illegal status.

Hi
My friend she cme on evisit visa .. n she stayed over 6 months.. now we want to change her visa on.employment visa its possible wo exit Bahrain she can change her visa .. or she already blacklist pls help us thanks

The concept of blacklist doesnt exist in Bahrain unless you are a convicted felon. Having said that, its going to be tough going for your friend... For starters, she will have to pay a penalty for the duration of the period she has overstayed her stay and that I suspect will be a tidy sum... Its best to contact the embassy and see how to take it forward

I totally agree with Capt, the best option would be to contact your respective embassy at this moment.

Hi. I would like to ask if i can travel. (Vacation) If i had case?

If travel ban hasn't been applied yet then yes.

if she came on visit visa she wont be blacklisted till she submit a return ticket and leave the country, so better for her let her sort her thing out and write a letter to explain for immigration and they will give her more grace period to change her visa after paying the penalties
