Hey guys,

Interested in getting a 2 BR apartment in Luxcity in Quan 7 as I'll be working at the ITD building in the Tan Thuan Export Zone in Q7.

Any comments on the above mentioned property/ alternative suggestions?

I think the developer is Dat Xanh Group from Vietnam

Most VN developers are not very good. Make sure you go and check their quality of workmanship.

just did a little check and yes, it is the dat xanh group. from the photos that i've seen so far they are pretty nice - simple, not gaudy and showy like some of the phu my hung luxury apartments.

any opinions on e-home5/ the bridgeview? i've no idea if they are the same condo. i've seen some places advertised as e-home 5 - the bridge view.
