salam ,
I am Ali from Pakistan I had married a filpino girl here and I had all legal documents.
my only issue is her employer don't know that she married me because of fear of loosing of job we directly go Mahkama with her sister.
my question is our marriage is legal although we have all formalities done and judge didn't asked the employer permission

do his employer make any issue if he knows it?

There's no legal issue.Her employer also can not create any legal problem for you .
