Hey All

I recently had a job offer as Head of Sales in Ghana, and during the interview they asked about what are my salary and my benefits expectation, my answer was: Net salary to Bank account not less than $2,500 + Commission, Accommodation allowance in a safe area, food allowance, car with fuel allowance, travel expenses if applicable, not less than 2 yearly flight tickets ,not less than 15 days yearly holiday, full medical insurance for me and for my wife when applicable and school fees when applicable.
I am afraid that’s too much or maybe too little, I need your help if anyone can provide me with some advice maybe I can make some adjustments

Thanks,
EK.
