Need advice for Canadian OAP in Hong Kong

Post new topic

O'Hara

Does anyone have information on Canadian pensioners living overseas? Doesn't have to be HK, but this person will reside in HK. How do people manage with the "must be in Canada every six months" rule? Is it really necessary to return to Canada every six months?

Any help appreciated. If you know where I can find this info, please let me know.

Thanks for that, but I'm asking about Canadians receiving the government seniors pension and the residency rules regarding that in Canada.

Such as does a Canadian senior really need to be in Canada every six months or not. Canada's rules, not HK's.

Thanks for any help. :)
