Hello friends. My names are Divine Keza Karigirwa, i am Rwandan. I am coming to study at Université des Mascareignes Pamplemousses campus and i have a problem of a place where i can rent at an affordable price.

have you already posted an ad in the housing in Mauritius section ?
You should look for a flat around Pamplemousse it is way cheaper than in the north (e.g. Grand Bay)
