How to get transit visa to reach Bahrain from Riyadh?

I am on business visa in Riyadh, i want to travel to Bahrain this coming weekend. I have heard about transit visa for 72 hours. Can someone please elaborate how to get the same if i am travelling through taxi? Shall i take the taxi from Demmam to reach Bahrain?

If u r on business visa then u should have Bahrain electronic visa in advance and once u leave Saudi u will be stamped as exit if u have single business visa. If multiples then u can enter back. If u don't have Bahrain visa then u can only drive to airport through shuttle bus from Khobar or Dammam. Or the only choice to leave without visa is through flight and once u land in Bahrain still they would ask for a visa.
