visit visa for wife having single name without surname and last name

Hi,
I need to know how can i get visit visa for my family. I applied recently for visit visa for family and it was cancelled with statement like "mention correct name in latin character as per passport and complete address of residence in kingdom of saudi arabia" . I have checked my wife name is as per passport but she has only single name . No surname and last name. Also, in Absher the address is not updated. I dont know the exact reason for rejection. Can i resubmit the application by adding my name in her name to make it with last name as she has spouse name and father name in passport.

Please suggest.

Write exactly the correct name what passport has, and in address write your address including city name that is Riyadh

Hi,

Are they accepting applications with single name or reject it. In last visa request it was as per passport but the request was rejected.
