My wife had Lasik at Dr. Haifa and the result was very good. I have had to have several more serious eye surgeries (incl. detached retina), which I have had done by Moorfields Eye Hospital in London and Dubai and used Dr. Haifa for monitoring and follow up in between visits back to Dubai and they have been first class.
