I don't know what kind of job you want, but I think that people who talk asian languages lik you are much apprieciated in the tourist business. As guides, ticket information and so on.

There are professional and part time jobs available, just type in your search for what kind of job and there's normally quite a selection, especially around summer time.

I was born and grown up in Vienna my whole life, if you need to know some more good websites, just ask.
