I am thinking too stay in Agadir after summer , have been there many times and always been a good place for me . But i havent been here more than 2 weeks . So i have too look for long time rent not too far from beach .

have you checked airbnb.com ? this is a helpful app and website from where you can find a flat with a good price and not far from the beach . there is also a moroccan website called Avito.ma .
