What I hear from my friends at the CDC here is that the PR health department has not been accurately reporting zika numbers, so the CDC does not relay on any data they get from them.

Of course! The health department jump on the money wagon last year! Ask where the money they took is now? What improvements were made to combat the "epidemic"?
