Looking for help to start ISP (internet service provider)

Hi there,

I'm a businessman, I have been importing goods from China since 2005 and I have invested in some companies which are successful so far. My new investment is to start an ISP company in North Africa. I'm looking for help from a Chinese tech company to come setup the whole thing. My partner and I will pay for all the fees, equipment, all hardware, accommodation for engineers, etc. we are very serious and we are looking for a very good service in return. We want to start this ASAP. We have the connections with the local government so we will handle all local stuff and we just need a company to set up everything from A-Z and we will handle the rest.
So is there anyone who knows a tech company that can help with that? It's a big deal and if someone can act as the middle man then you can take your cut.
