can anyone tell me how much is the salary of doctors working in the government hospitals in Grenada? also, i would like to know about cost of living there.

I was living for 3 months in Grenada but this is about 10 years ago was living in place Called true blue not far from the airport of Grenada.There is as well the medical school I sugest you to ask there , besides this the rent for villas or apartment on the European or American standards are high and the cost of living are high as well if you want to live the western standard.
Granada is poor Island but with very nice lovly people , well wish you good luck there!
