Desperate help for schools in Malta 3 years old

Hi. Im sorry as I guess this has been pozted dozens of times but I have an issue.
We will move for work to Malta in Dec 2017
Ive checked St Anton and St Andrea and both are full for 2 years
So I have a 3 year old
What are the options
I dont want a relivious church school but how does it work for English speaking kids?
Do I have any good options
I Can move to any area but the schooling is my concern
