Myself and my wife both were planning to move to KL from Chennai by April month end. But dont know anything abou the city... so, please help us..

Looking for an medium apartment or flat, with some minimum traveling time (Train preferable), and less rent option (about 1000 to 1500 MR/Month)..
My office is located near Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and nearest station is Dang Wangi Rapid KL station...

Please help me..

Hello Rathish,

Danf Wangi is very convenient as you have both LRT train and Monorail station very near (Bukit Nanas), then you can live almost anywhere in or near KL as long you are near this LRT line or Monorail...

Given the price you want, you cant really find something nice in the centre, then you may have to look a bit further...

I can recommend you to look in Brickfields area (train station KL Sentral or Tun Sambanthan),it s near the central train station, indian expatriates are mainly living there as they can find everything they need (hindu temples, vegeterian restaurants, etc...), for example in Palm Court condo, Sri Impian or Crescent Court...
You can look in Villa Scott, Scott Sentral or 633 Residency, but they are more expensive...(2000-3500 for 2-3 rooms), it could be ok if you dont mind sharing flat with other people...

Hope it will help...

Hello Rathish ,

I would suggest you get a place near May flower tower or Palm court near brickfields as the rent will be within your range . There are alot of Indians living there so it should be fine . Which part of Chennai you are from . My uncles stays in chennai as well .. sumwer around sullaimeda..somthing like that ler..hehehe...

Yeah, Brickfields is good for you especially it is a great location near KL Sentral(where you can connect trains to other cities and to the airport), metro connections to your office at Jalan Ampang. Near Bangsar, where the expat hang out and near Mid valley, one of the busy huge shopping complexe. Plus Brickfields is a huge Indian community with charming local food stalls to eat yummy indian food.

It's true, after your advices and googling I found Brickfield is very comfort in all respect as living, food and entertainment including some worships......
Presently I am staying in S.Korea... In my apt their is big Indian community, hope my wife will continue her enjoyment and comfort only if I choose Brickfield... So, after reaching I will try to find an apt with good deal...

Hi sathish,
I am staying near Annanagar... Hope sulaimedu is about 5KM only from my place...

It will be usefull if any apt name is provided.. Then Will check with iproperty.com (Cool and clever website)....
