My husband and I are planning a trip in June/July and want to stay about a month - how would be the best way to find affordable accomodations in David area for that month? We were thinking about getting a car in Panama City and driving to check out the country along the way to David- would we need to make nightly accomodation arrangements or would we be able to find affordable places along the way?
Then will be returning to CA to start relocation, would appreciate any  information for actually relocating, is it better to bring furniture or obtain there? We  want to rent for the first 6 months or so.
THX you for any information that anyone can give.

The best way is with local connections. If you do it the right way, you will discover that Panamanians are super hospitable and proud to show the best of our country. If you want ask my Californian friend Ted, whom I took to Panama for two weeks. We share stories and contact info: panamahaven.com/blog
