Office Space in NL

Hi there,

I am looking to start a business in the Netherlands, and before I can register the company at the KVK, i need to find office space.

I just basically need space for a desk and chair for 1 person.
I am looking for a space near to Rotterdam or Amsterdam.

If you could point me in the right direction, that would be fantastic.
