I posted this to inform the Team and the Community, otherwise I think I know it is a fraud :-)
More importantly, this seems like a break-in to the system, it did not come to my regular e-mail, it came to my expat inbox!. So I guess the Team should look into it.

Any online contact that requires you to send money or receive money to or from an unknown person is a fraud. In all cases, you will end up spending your own money. The only money that exists in the process is the money you will be tricked to give out eventually. Be careful and don't be swayed by the huge amount of money mentioned. It does not exist!
