I have read about divorce documents having to be attested, and there is an STD test requirement. Is marriage allowed if one of the couple's requesting marriage tests positive for HSV-1? I have read about things being in the contagious period, yet am wondering if viruses like HSV1 eliminate the possibility of marriage.
