I need to change my home address with the PF. Me and my spouse no longer have a place in Rio and are using a family address in Brasilia.

How/where can I change my address with the PF?

Do I need to change it in Brasilia or any PF location?

You have to go there to the PF in Brasilia with some proof of address in your name, like a bill , or in your wife's name with your wedding certificate.....at least thats the official requirement

Could it be a bill in my spouse's name? I think that was the requirement initially when I got my CIE
