Hi,

I moved to Stuttgart from California and going to apply for my German driving license. As I don't speak German yet I'd like find the Erste Hilfe course in English in my city (Stuttgart). Any advises?

Ask the Red Cross. They are a major provider of first aid courses here. If they don't offer English language courses themselves, they probably know where to find them.

Here are two possibilities, yielded from a simple Google search.  Beppi's suggestion was right on.

You are responding to a 6-year-old post. The OP has not visited the site in 3 years. I am guessing they would have got their license by now.

Beppi pointed out that the original post is already 6 years old. So of course this information is too late for the OP but still useful for readers on this site. Some driving schools offer English language instruction and the written driving test is offered in 13 languages including English. A problem for English speakers might be that the practical driving test is usually only given in German although I have heard that it might be offered in English as well in Berlin. But one has to do the testing in the region where they are registered.
