I just move to Germany and do not know speak German Language. Is there anyone can help to recommend me to get a rental house/apartment at Boeblingen, Germany? Thanks.

You should engage an English-speaking property agent to find a rental house/apartment for you.
Making the right impression (which is very important for German landlords) and negotiating good conditions in the rental contract (which is necessarily in German) will be much easier with professional help.

Here most of the property agents will not reply us after get know I do not know speak German. Do you know where can I get the English-speaking property agent at here? In Stuttgart or Boeblingen?

beppi

Sorry, I don't know any. I avoid agents and think they offer litte service for much money - but you are a special case where one is needed. Try to contact relocation agencies, which ofen offer house hunting services as well and surely speak English.

Well, your suggestion is good. I will try looking for a English-speaking agent to help me to get a rental apartment. Thank you very much for your suggestion. :)

A Google search for "stuttgart relocation agency" gives quite a number of results.
I have no experience with them, so cannot recommend any.

Yeah, it list out a number of relocation agency. I will consider it if I cannot find out any English-speaking property agent. I believe relocation agency will charge more instead of get consultancy from property agent.

Ask your company to assist you in this. Many do pay agent fees or help in other ways!

Finding people to help you when you are a foreigner is difficult and nearly impossible until you show up in person. Here are some links to websites that list properties. Note that housing is very different in Germany than in countries like America or Australia. Very few can actually afford a house. Most people live in apartments or possibly a row house or duplex. Thinking one will find a house with garden that is affordable is futile.

Hi Tom, Thanks for the information. I had search the rental apartment in the website, and also sent the email to landlord, but didn't get response from them (almost all ignore my request). One agent had reply to me, but once I request to communicate in English because of my poor Germany language, then she immediately reply to me that the apartment is not for rental and rejected me. My colleagues them also have this experience and told me just try luck in the website to search the apartment. Probably I will try it in other way, walk in at the Property company and try looking for English-speaking agent. Hopefully this can help me. If I still do not get it, then will looking for relocation company help me to search the rental apartment/house.

I think the websites I listed can give one an idea of what is available and for what kind of prices. But I don't think anyone will rent to someone they have met in person, especially if they are not in Germany. You will almost have to look in person once you arrive; probably staying in a cheap hotel at first if you don't find anything else. I think anyone relocating to Germany for a job should ask the employer if they can't help to line up something.
