Canadian flight leaving from Tripoli airport at 1300 today yo need to look for the Canadian embassy officials near the VIP lounge on the east side of the airport you'll be asked to sign an under taking to repay form for $500, however, once you have filled in the form they will be sent back to the UK government who will meet these costs (so you don't have to worry about paying it).
If your not a Brit you need to check with your Embassy re charges

There are two Canadian flights: 1300 & 1500 Hours.

Plus
there is a commericial flight by Royal Jordanian to Amman at 16.55 Tel 00 218 21 4441565/4442453

There is also a Commerical flight by Syrian Arab Airlines to Damascus ETD 20.45
