My Absheer is not working

I am living here with my family. I use to have my Absheer Account earlier. I have taken many exit re entry for my family members too. Since two months or so my absheer is not working and giving me message that i need to activate it before i can use it. And when i am going to various machines (and while Activation through bank sites) i am getting a message that the user is already exist.

Now all the time when i want to get the visa of my family members, i need to go to the passport office and i cant print it by myself. Kindly suggest me the solution.

Go to the passport office and get it...see if the issue can be fixed there

first of all be sure about browser whether it is chrome or Firefox as these browsers give problem sometimes which leads to account suspension.
if not solved just visit nearest jawazat services office and they will activate it at the same time.
