If you are using Chrome browser have a look at: https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/stop-pop-ups-chrome

If using IE:
Enable pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer.
Click the Tool menu or the Gear icon. Select “Internet options”.
Click the Privacy tab.
Make sure that the “Turn on Pop-up Blocker” box is checked.
Click the “Settings” button. Make sure that only trusted sites are on the list.
Adjust the “Blocking level”.

ABP blocks all ads and pop ups on all of our devices.  We use Chrome, Safari, and MS Edge.

I wonder why it keeps coming up, even when I have it setup not to.

It could be that you have some malware are you using a phone or pc/laptop?

I use a phone. It is the health company that advertises on Expat Blog...Cigna. I scan my phone for any viruses, and it always comes up clear.

If its an Android phone and if you have an unwanted app that has been downloaded surreptitiously - which might not show up as a virus: https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-android-virus/

Hello colinoscapee,

Thank you for informing us of this issue and sorry about this discomfort.

I will investigate this today. Hopefully this will be solved by tomorrow. I also do not understand why the pop up is still displayed when someone clicks "no" or exits the campaign.

Severinguiton

Hello,
The issue should have been solved by now.
