Hello,
I've got some rural property in the Cayo and am getting ready to import some of my personal items. I've noticed that some of the bigger hardware stores sell pellet guns. To my understanding they are legal to own in Belize, but are pretty expensive. My question is has anyone tried to import one along with their personal belongings? If so is there any problems doing so?

I asked about a gun in checked luggage and the military BX salesman said if you have a "concealed weapons permit" then you can do so. I don't know if that applies to pellet guns.
