i am 4 years riyadh citizen-expat too. in saudi arabia it took 7 years as well in this country. any party-place or talkin place or have a nice time spending place that i am looking for ... see ya...

Hm. You will get mostly guys responding to a post like that I'm afraid.

If I knew the place better I'd organize something but all I have done is work work work...like most people here

in fact yes starting a meet up group in this website is a wonderful idea , as some of members here have no place to go to , or they know a bit about the city .

It seems like you think about a physical meetup group in a physical location, if so, this may be restricted by rules here for both genders.

Mostly guys will respond;-), plus those meet up groups are still restricted here.  However possible task .... other web sites offer also meet ups, restaurant gatherings , bowling events etc, the events should be registered or in compound.... great idea thou Sara , keep it up

I'm interested too but I hope everyone is cautious because mix gender meet up here is still restricted.  I suggest we do it in a western compound it is much safer than in restaurants or resorts.

Hello Sara, such gatherings and activities do exist, I guess you are new here but I'm sure you will find groups with same interests around the city, it is not a bad idea to start your own activities tho but it needs some understanding of the dos and the don'ts to not back fire on you.
