Hello. I am a 33 year old English female living in England that has met and fallen in love with a 33 year old Saudi Arabian male. He is here in England until the end of the year on a student visa. We are both single and never married and no children.
We have been looking online for the procedure to enable us permission to be able to get married to this man and live in Saudi Arabia but the information I am getting is mixed.
Some website states the male has to be 35 years of age and other websites say he needs to be 40 years of age in order to apply for permission to marry a foreigner.
Does anyone know the age requirement and the actual procedure that can guide me what to do or where to start?
Thank you in advance for any advice offered.

Hello
A friend of mine is only 27 years but he was able to get  a permission to marriage
I think your spouse should go to the Emerit of the province where he lives and apply for the permission then follow the instructions,, he also needs to go to police department for further inquiries
Good luck 🤗
Best regards

Both pay a visit to consulate and ask for procedure. They will be able to guide you.
